The shipping time is estimated and may be increased depending on the security situation of the country as well as the schedules of the carrier lines (Sea and Air).

Prohibited substances are mentioned in the shipping facility. Shipping of these materials is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in the prohibition of shipping and destruction of the shipment without compensation.

المواد المحظورة من الشحن مذكورة في المرفق. شحن هذه المواد ممنوع منعا باتا وأي مخالفة سيترتب عليها حظر شحن الشحنة وإتلافها دون تعويض.

Proper Codification (Correct shipping data) is the customer’s responsibility, and any error in its writing does not result in any liability for Oboor. Example:

بيانات الشحن الصحيحة (الترميز الصحيح) هي مسؤولية العميل وأي خطأ في كتابتها لا ينتج عنه أي مسؤولية تجاه شركة عبور. مثال:

- Insufficient writing of the account number on the boxes or writing a different name.

- في حالة عدم كتابة رقم الحساب على الصناديق أو كتابة اسم مختلف.

- Writing the shipping route incorrectly, such as writing Sea Shipping instead of Air Shipping or vice versa.

- في حالة كتابة نوع الشحن بشكل خاطئ مثل كتابة شحن بحري بدل جوي أو العكس.

- The method of writing shipment data (Codification) on the boxes is as follows:

• Oboor Company compensates for any shipment damaged by poor handling or storage, while the company is not responsible for any shipment stolen or lost while it’s out of the company’s possession.

• تقوم شركة عبور بتعويض أي شحنة تتلف بسبب سوء المناولة أو التخزين، في حين أن الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي شحنة تعرضت للسرقة أو الضياع أثناء خروجها من حيازة الشركة.

• Air freight duration is 10 to 15 days under normal conditions from the date of receiving the shipment in the China warehouse until it reaches our warehouse in Misrata.

• مدة الشحن الجوي 10 أيام إلى 15 يوم في الحالات الطبيعية من تاريخ استلام الشحنة في مخزن الصين حتى وصولها إلى مخزننا في مصراتة.

• Sea shipping transit time is 50 to 60 days from the date the shipment leaves our China warehouse.

• مدة الشحن البحري هي 50 إلى 60 يوم من تاريخ خروج الشحنة من مخزننا في الصين.

• The frequency of container service is approximately every Monday.

• يتم تعبئة وخروج حاوية كل يوم اثنين.

• Any delay resulting from a security situation, customs procedure, or shipping line within China or Libya is not the responsibility of the company.

• أي تأخير ناتج عن وضع أمني أو إجراء جمركي أو خط ملاحي داخل الصين أو ليبيا لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤوليته بأي حال من الأحوال.

• Oboor Company will be responsible for the shipment only when it is under the company’s custody. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage once the shipment is out of Oboor’s control.

• تكون شركة عبور مسؤولة عن شحنة العميل فقط عندما تكون تحت حيازة الشركة، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف الشحنة عند خروجها من حيازة الشركة.

• Oboor is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery resulting from insufficient or inappropriate packaging of the shipment, mishandling by the supplier, manufacturing defects, or shipping prohibited items.

• شركة عبور غير مسؤولة عن أية خسارة أو ضرر أو تأخير أو سوء في التسليم أو عدم التسليم الناتج عن عدم التغليف الكافي أو المناسب، سوء المناولة من المورد، عيوب التصنيع، أو شحن بضائع محظورة.
